Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. BTU cannot guarantee that your service will be disconnected on your requested date, but we make every attempt possible to complete the disconnection on the desired date.
If you have a Security Deposit on file, it will be applied to your final bill. If your final bill shows a credit balance, a check will be issued and mailed within 3 to 4 weeks of your disconnect date.
