Request for Transfer of Service(s)
Important Information About Transfers
Transferring services from one location to another requires a Disconnection of Existing Service request
(for your current location) and an application for New Service at your new location so we can update our
records. If you need to maintain services at both locations during your move, BTU allows up to two weeks
of overlap between the new location's connect date and the old location's disconnect date. Note that problems
with your current account such as a past-due balance or an invalid deposit must be resolved before your
request can be processed.

button to submit your information to our Customer Service department. BTU Customer Service will follow up with an acknowledgement email once the service request is processed.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. BTU cannot guarantee that your service will be transferred on your requested date, but we make every attempt to complete the transfer on the desired date.
