Connection / Disconnection Requests for Property Manager(s)

In order to connect or disconnect your service(s), we must obtain some information about you. Please enter the requested information below and click the Submit Information button to submit your information to our Customer Service department. BTU Customer Service will follow up with an acknowledgement email once the service request is processed.

If a response is not received by the end of the next business day, please call BTU Customer Service at (979) 821-5700.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. BTU cannot guarantee that your service will be connected or disconnected on your requested date, but we make every attempt possible to complete the connection or disconnection on the desired date.
